We will gladly accept exchanges on any items which are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached) and were not purchased under final sale terms. Items returned after 30 days will be for store credit only. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box or bag.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: We do not accept returns or exchanges on art work, food, tinctures, soaps, balms, and all undergarments. ALL SALE ITEMS, INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, ARE FINAL SALE.
If a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange it. Please email email@example.com or call 207-699-5575 on Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM EST within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 5 days of receiving your RA#. Please note that all returns that do not meet the 5 day requirement for requesting a RA# will not be considered for online store credit/exchange.
If you decide to exchange an item to portlanddrygoods.com you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to portlanddrygoods.com. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
